Air Jordan 6 was released in 1990 - 1991 NBA season. This time, Michael Jordan kept the idea with clear rubber sole and lace locks from Air Jordan V while introduced a new rubber tongue featuring 2 holes and 1 loop on the back which helping in easily getting the sneakers on. The pattern on the shoe is interesting. You could see the number 2 and 3 on Jordan 6 Shoes with a little bit of imagination, the figure 2 standing up on the back while the figure 3 lying down close to the laces.
Retro Jordan 6 Shoes came out in 2000. Low top versions of Jordan Retro VI was released in 2002. To celebrate the defining moment of Michael's first championship, in 2005, Jordan Brand released a commemorative Black/Gold Air Jordan 6 packaged with a White/Black/Gold Jordan 11 sold as the "Defining Moments Package" of Jordan Shoes.
